"Most people aim at nothing in life and hit it with amazing accuracy."
--Jim Cathcart, noted professional speaker
The Executive Officers Club of the Willamette Valley (EOCWV) is the newest addition to one of the most effective, focused, and unique business organizations in the Pacific Northwest.
A New Opportunity
Global business starts with regional thinking. Business models are also changing. The Willamette Valley is one of the fastest-growing regions in Oregon. Strategic location and the opportunity for local, national, and international business partners make the Willamette Valley a "natural" for the expansion of the Executive Officers Club. That growth also creates the need for senior executives to discuss relevant issues and to experience a unique learning environment. The EOC's high-energy format and history of success saw the need in the Willamette Valley for its unique format.
EOCWV held its Kick-Off Banquet in March 2006 and its first meeting in April. EOCWV has focused on 21 Willamette Valley communities ranging from Wilsonville to south Eugene and from communities near the Cascades to the Oregon Coast.
Executives now have the opportunity to attend meetings in either Portland or Salem. This format gives senior executives a unique business tool for their organizations and the customers they serve. The EOCWV will begin to define and address regional issues. National and regional speakers will give their insight and address those defining issues.
